I am delighted to welcome you to my official website.
I have been a City Councillor since June 1999 when I was first elected in the West Ward. Then in June 2004,  I stood in the South Ward and was elected once again. In the June 2009 Local Elections, the boundaries and names of the Wards were changed. The Claddagh  where I live, remained part of the South Ward but was renamed Galway City West and the number of Councillors increased from four to five.Once again I had the privilege of being elected.

As a City Councillor I firmly believe that the City Council is there to serve the residents of Galway and I am passionately committed to development of our City in a manner that is inclusive of all.
